Install Splunk Enterprise on Google Cloud Platform Windows 2016 VM

This is a quick video showing how to install Splunk into a Google Cloud Platform's Windows 2016 VM. It also shows how to change default port from tcp 8000 to 80. Windows firewall will need to change to add a new rule to allow 80. Google VPC firewall settings have changed to allow http (80) port during creating VM.
