Low Uric Acid Symptoms
The level of uric acid is usually considered high when it exceeds 7 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) for men (and those born male) and 6 mg/dL for women (and those born female). A low level of uric acid is defined as less than 2 mg/dL.
A low level of uric acid is less common than a high level. If a person with low uric acid levels does not drink enough water, they can become dehydrated due to excessive urination.
