Bill Lomas, known as "The Parade King," passed away at 88 from cancer. He was a prominent figure in organizing parades and events in California, producing over 65 annual parades and collaborating with celebrities like Johnny Grant. Lomas founded Pageantry Productions and contributed to numerous parades and festivals. He is survived by his wife Ronnie and children.
