Coleman does a great job at creating waterproof tents, probably the best in the industry. The tent that i got has a zip up slot for cords, little drop-down slots for flashlights or phones as well as a little air vent near the bottom to improve air circulation and breathing at night. It's waterproof to the max, and I noticed this when camping in Minnesota and hearing other nearby campers talking about their wet tent the next morning. Our tent was completely dry.
