If you want to have a temporary lab with multiple VMs, this might be helpful. With free Azure Sandbox Subscription, you can have 10 sandbox environments per day. You can run it from 1 hours to 4 hours depending on your sandbox exercise. Although there is a limitation to access Internet, inbound access is allowed. It also does not need Credit Card verification to get account, which means almost everyone can use it for free.
