General Service Agreement Contract Terms and Conditions Rental Services: Additional delivery charges may apply. A security cash deposit may be required for rented event materials, which will be 100% refundable upon return of undamaged items. A copy of Emirates ID is mandatory. Coordination and Decoration Services: A maximum of 9 hours is allotted for setting, coordinating, and teardown. AED 300 per hour will be charged if the service exceeds the allotted time. 50% rush fee applies for events booked 5-7 days prior to the event date. Talents for Entertainment: 5 hours maximum allotted for talents to be on-site for preparation, conditioning, and performance, as agreed. AED 499 per hour will be charged for any time beyond the agreed hours. Clients must contact the Events Management for inquiries; direct contact with talents is prohibited.
