New Google SERP Feature: This Will Change the Game of Keyword Research and Blogs

After recently searching a random query on google, I noticed something new in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Page). This is both good and bad for publishers. So what is the change? Google now has a “Discussions and Forums” section after the featured snippets and/or some blog posts? Will this help? Will it hurt? My thoughts on this new feature are in this video.
