Cavco Bungalow Tour: 399 sq ft Modular Home with Rooftop Deck

I went to the builder show and found a prefab home with a rooftop deck. This is the bungalow from Cavco, a 399 square foot park model that can also be built as a modular. The home features a covered porch, living room with high ceilings and a bedroom with a stacking washer dryer. I was able to get access to the Bungalow after hours at the show for a quick tour, watch and learn more about the home getting a lot of attention at the show.
