My guide Carlos from Visit Nicaragua and I were at Barber Magic inside the Oriental Market, the largest market in all of Central America. My barber, Usbaldo told me that they’ve been in business for 30 years. The market is huge at 135 blocks in size! He changed the blade and got a better shave. He can cut lots of styles and designs in your hair! Then, he added aftershave and leaned me back to use clippers on my beard and mustache. I wanted a change after two weeks. I had some pimples under the beard. Then, he added shaving cream to my face and took the straight razor to get a closer shave. Next, he went in for a second shave of my face. It felt really good and relaxing. Then, he got my chin and neck. This is the way to get a real clean shave! He followed that with some cologne. He rubbed it all over my face and head. It burned a bit! Then, he went in for the head and back massage. He also got my chest, hands, and arms! Then it was Carlos’ turn to get a shave and haircut. He looked much cleaner by the end! The two haircuts cost me 300 Cordobas, total. I gave him an extra 100! Where have you been?
