Create a Morning Routine
The morning is a great time to start off with a routine. It helps you to get a jump on the day and take care of all of your daily personal and professional items. In fact, a better plan is to actually get your list for the morning routine completed the night before. You will sleep better knowing that the tasks and the morning routine are already down on paper. Be sure and include your mindfulness practice like your meditation and your gratitude journal. It’s a great way to tune up your brain before the day has even started.
