Venezuelan families rally against El Salvador’s migrant-prisoner swap proposal

Relatives of Venezuelans imprisoned in El Salvador held a protest outside the UN offices in Caracas on Tuesday, denouncing what they called “kidnappings” by Salvadoran authorities.
