Hello and welcome to Prague riverside or as we call it Naplavka. Unfortunately many people think

that we have only one riverside in Prague. Well no, we have many because the river goes through the

entire city and there are many other cool places where you can chill and hang around by the river

so we're going to show you those places today and many of them are much better than this spot

And the first riverside we're going to show you today that we actually like a lot with Hamza is just across the river over there on the Smikov part

This riverside on the left side of the river may not be as famous as its sister over there, but it doesn't mean it's any worse

In many cases, it's actually much better. It's less crowded. It's more compact

It also has a great view of the castle, of the other castle, the Shehrat

And all the spaces here were recently reconstructed and turned into some cool spaces like many coffee places, pups, restaurant, and even a library where inside is actually a workshop

One of the forgotten riversides is definitely this part. Partially, it's a parking lot for cars

And you can actually walk through it onto the island, where there's other places where you can chill by the river

We're still heading up north along the river and I believe the next riverside

might be quite interesting for you. On one of our latest videos we were complaining about this riverside about the fact that it is closed Well now it opened and we found out that it only opened when some of the services

it will ever open. You can also rent a paddle boat or some of the water absorbing stuff and

And there's literally one bench under this beautiful blooming tree. And if you sit on it, you can enjoy the amazing view of the castle

I have to say that out of all the places I know in downtown Prague, this one is the most forgotten one

We crossed to the other side of the river, we are next to a very popular park which is

called Kampa right here and that gets quite crowded in the summer but not too many people

actually come here to the river. Partially the reason may be that there's this wall that is separating the park and the river

even though there are many places where you can get drinks and beer and sit here there's even a bar right here on the waterfront

Unfortunately you cannot continue on the riverside here because there's a fence that you will

eventually hit and cannot go any further, but we can continue this way

We came to the most popular site in Prague, which is the Charles Bridge

And there's also a riverside where you can sit down, have a drink, enjoy the view

And there's also a type of museum here, and that's these piers that are on the river

because I refer to them now as the museum of tourism, because the tourist boats are gone

how there's only cargo ships on the river but these piers were left here

unfortunately they were left here locked so you cannot go on them so I can

imagine if somebody would unlock them you would have even a better place to sit

this riverside this spot is especially popular because people come here to feed

the swans And I was told by many people that I should tell you that you shouldn feed the swans with bread and roll but rather a lettuce or some vegetables Also here you can see part of the riverside that was not man but is in the original state what it used to look like here 100 maybe 200 years ago

Also, not too many people actually come here to sit down and have a drink, even though there are a few benches over there

But there used to be a bar called Containall. It was a container where you could sit on top of it and have a drink

And we used to love it with Honza and we actually miss it a lot. Well, there's one more place we want to show you

The last spot by the river we want to show you is this one

And it's not really popular. People don't go here. And you may see why

Because you can't see the river, nor you can't really see the sights, because they're being obstructed by all the boats that are parking here

And also, there are a lot of cars. Also, if you come here and you do want to enjoy an evening with your friends

you don't really have a place to buy a drink or a beer, because the only place that is here, and now it's closed

is this bar, which is a tourist trap, according to all the reviews we found online
