how to use click up app tutorial hey guys welcome in this video i'm going to show you how to use

click up app on your mobile phone to access all of your projects and tasks on your mobile phone

so let's get into it first of all what you guys need to do is if you have an android or an ios

you will be able to download the click up application so for that i'm going to actually

go to my app store here and we're going to search for click up so you can see this is the app right

here you need to download the application on your mobile phone so i will download it so once it's

installed you will be able to open it up and now you need to sign in to your click up on your

mobile phone if you do not have an account already you can create one with your email address or you

can use your google account so already had an account on click up that is why i just logged in

and this is where i got so first of all within our app you will be able to find your home here we

have three lines at the top left corner you're going to select it and it will show you the

workspaces that you have i'm going to actually switch to my workspace here and it will show me

the workspace now at the top here we have notifications we can get notification from

upwork to our mobile phone the simple notifications that we have and then we have the settings here

where i will be able to find my trending my calendar settings multi-line tasks titles and

more so here if i click on these three lines we have again favorites spaces dashboards and

projects if i open up a project for you guys and let's open this one up you will be able to see

the view that we have you can see this is the list view on your mobile phone and i can switch the

views here we have a list view i'm going to switch to maybe a board view so this is what a board view

the top we have this plus button at the bottom here of your screen you will be able to see the

move a task from one list to another it's a simple drag and drop so i will be able to drag and drop

any of the different projects here so to create a new task on your mobile phone you're going to

hit plus button here and give your task a name let's call it task one now i can add an assignee

similarly if i want to move a project from one list to another it's a simple drag and drop
