How to add TicketToolBot in Discord. Hey guys, welcome! In this video, I'm giving you a very
0:06
easy tutorial on how to add TicketToolBot to your Discord server. So let's get into it. First of all
0:13
you're going to access your Discord. You can do this on your laptop PC or even on your mobile
0:19
phone. So once you have signed in to your Discord, of course, you have your own Discord and you want
0:24
to add TicketTool to it. So for that, go to TicketTool.xyz. The easiest way is just go to
0:31
your web browser and search for TicketTool.xyz. So once you search for it, it takes you directly
0:39
to the website or you can click on the first link. You can see here TicketTool. So this is the
0:45
website here. Now we get two options. We have Invite TicketTool and Manage Server. So of course
0:51
we're going to click on Invite. So we have logged into our Discord already. So after that, you have
0:57
to select the server. So select the server from here. I will be selecting this server. Add a bot
1:05
to a server. Create commands in a server. Record new mixtape. So here we have our TicketTool. Click
1:11
on Continue. Now we have to select the TicketTool permissions, manage roles, manage channels
1:18
read messages, send messages, attach file. If you do not want to give access to one of these
1:23
options, you can just uncheck from here. And after that, we have our, you know, privacy policies and
1:30
authorize. So you're just going to click on Authorize here. Now it's time to check the
1:35
reCAPTCHA for Discord and I'm going to quickly do that and we will be able to then access our
1:40
Discord. And after that, you can see we will just go to our Discord. So this is the server where I
1:47
added the TicketTool and now you can see this bot has been added. This bot will allow me to add
1:55
different moderator roles, different verification roles. So you can see we have even Verify. Now we
2:01
can actually go to the settings of our DIST servers to give more access to our bot here
2:07
So we're going to go to Server Settings. So here we have different roles for different bots
2:13
The first thing that we can actually do is we're going to actually get back. And if I go to
2:17
General, it gives me this message right here. Good to see you TicketTool. Now this is where it has
2:22
been added, right? So we're going to select it and we're going to actually give it some of the
2:26
roles. So about me, help command and slash help. Setup command is going to be slash setup. Then we
2:33
have document support dashboard perfect. Try my command. So we have different commands here as well
2:39
Roles. Now this is where you need to give some roles to your TicketTool here. So I will be
2:44
actually adding some of the more roles to my TicketTool here. I'm going to give it the role of
2:48
the manager. I'm also going to give it the role of the assistant. So if I had created more roles
2:55
for example, for the verification as well, then we can actually select more roles here. Let me
3:00
actually search if I can give it the role of verification because that's the one I wanted to add
3:06
Okay, so I'll actually have to create one. Okay, perfect. So I have given it roles of manager and
3:12
assistants as well, but you can give it more roles. You can even scroll down to add a note and message
3:18
at TicketTool. So even if I want to show you some of the commands such as setup. Setup and
3:24
configuration editor. So this is one of the commands. Closes the current ticket slash close
3:31
slash add. Add a role or to a ticket. Add a user or role to a ticket. Perfect. Slash add a rename
3:38
Rename the current ticket channel. Delete the current ticket. Okay, so these are the different
3:44
commands that we will be getting with TicketTool. For instance, I want to add a role. So let's
3:51
actually try that and let me add slash add. Let's add verification. Okay, so slash add. Now we have
4:00
three options. User, the user to add to the ticket. The role to add to the ticket with support
4:05
permission. The ticket to add to user enter. So I'm going to go with the second one which is going
4:10
to be the role. And in role we're going to go for verify. And once we do that we're going to hit enter
4:18
and now it will show me the different roles that are given to our, you know, TicketTool. So we have
4:25
given it the manager assistant and we also have given it the access to the everyone's role. Perfect
4:31
Now even I can add the user for the ticket and this is how you use the commands for the ticket
4:37
role. It's actually really easy using TicketTool commands. Okay, now we can go back to our, you know
4:43
server settings. So if I take you to the server settings now and we go to the roles it will show
4:49
you the roles. So in my role I actually have added my TicketTool as the manager and the assistant
4:57
because we can add both as our, you know, members and give permissions to them. So this is how you
5:03
add your TicketTool and give it the permission. Now let me actually show you some of the features
5:08
for the TicketTool as well so that you will have a better idea that how TicketTool works. So these
5:14
are the features for TicketTool. Full customization. With premium you can customize almost every aspect
5:20
of the TicketTool. Support. It offers support on Discord for setup and configuration. Then easy to
5:26
customize with TicketTool dashboard. Everything is easy to set up. Transcripts create backups for
5:32
your tickets for reviewing later and custom tags as well. When it comes to TicketTool you will be
5:40
able to create tickets using panels with buttons to keep your channel clean. New forms. You can
5:47
even ask questions before creating tickets which is pretty good. Again customization. Customize
5:53
almost everything you can see and more. Closed tickets. Tickets can be closed and reopened to
5:59
allow continued support. So this one is actually really good when it comes to managing and when
6:05
it comes to organizations and creating a Discord server with a good, you know, support. So there
6:12
is also a premium available because if you want to avail all of the features of the TicketTool
6:17
then you should check out the pricing plan as well. So the TicketTool has a free version and
6:24
it's available for free which is pretty good. Unlimited panels. Generate transcripts. Support
6:29
roles and more. So you can actually invite TicketTool for free and I actually did that in
6:33
front of you. You will be able to use it for free. And then we also have the premium that gives us all
6:39
of these different features. Automatic transcripts. Full customization. Custom reactions. Direct messages. Ticket automation. And this is just for $5.99. So it's actually not that expensive getting
6:51
the premium of the TicketTool as well. So you can check out the pricing plan and if you feel like
6:55
you're not satisfied with the free version you can always purchase the premium. Adding TicketTool
7:00
to your Discord server is really easy. You can just go to TicketTool.xyz. It will take you to
7:07
the website and on website you will get the direct button that says invite boat. Click on invite boat
7:13
Give it the permission and it will be added to your Discord server and you'll be able to then
7:19
improve your support and run your server successfully. So yeah guys this brings us to the
7:25
