Fundrise Vs Dividend Stocks

In this video we talk about investing in Fundrise vs Dividend Stocks. Both can be great investments, I give my opinion on which is better, when and how much of my portfolio I will have in each. Fundrise since 2017 I have earned on average annually around 10%. Long term with my investments I have also earned around 10%. Personally I feel investments in the stock market is a little safer than Fundrise because Fundrise hasn't be around all that long. Many of my dividend stocks the underlying company has been around for a long time.
