Dan Crenshaw: The Man, The Myth, The Eyepatch
Dan Crenshaw: The Man, The Myth, The Eyepatch When you think of a politician, the first thing that comes to mind is probably a suit, a tie, and a whole lot of talking. But then, there’s Dan Crenshaw—a man who walks into a room, and you immediately know he’s not your average congressman. Why? Well, the eyepatch helps. Who is Dan Crenshaw? Dan Crenshaw is a U.S. Representative from Texas, serving in Congress since 2019. Before that, he was a Navy SEAL, which already makes him about ten times cooler than most politicians. He served five deployments, including missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. During one of these deployments, he was injured by an IED (improvised explosive device), which resulted in the loss of his right eye. Hence, the iconic eyepatch that makes him look like a congressman straight out of an action movie.
