Her healthy BBQ chicken pizza comes in at under 500 calories per serving, making it an ideal fit for any time of day or any training plan you're following. We'll definitely be giving this a go later! Ingredients: • 70g self-raising flour • ½ tsp. baking powder • 70g 0% fat Greek yoghurt • Myprotein Sugar-Free Sauce (BBQ) • ½ red pepper (sliced) • ½ red onion (sliced) • 100g cooked chicken breast • 30g low-fat cheddar (grated) Method: 1) Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2) In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and Greek yoghurt and mix together to form a dough. 3) Roll out the dough (carefully!) into a pizza base, using a little extra flour to prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin or your fingers.
