This week Jamie is joined by guest colour commentator Corrina Mabey as we're getting into the spirit of Halloween with our review & comparison of Hocus Pocus & Hocus Pocus 2. During this episode we chat about the cult classic that is 1993's Hocus Pocus starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker & Kathy Najimy. In this original film follows a curious youngster after he moves to Salem & struggles to fit in before awakening a trio of diabolical witches that were executed in the 17th century. We then compare that film to the 2022 Disney+ exclusive sequel which reinvents the tale of three witches for a modern audience. In this new film we follow three young women who accidentally bring back the Sanderson Sisters to modern day Salem.
