How to Place Stops on Options in ThinkorSwim (Stop, Trailing Stop, Stock Price, Study Crossover)

Today we’ll be going through a few different methods you have to protect your options positions within Thinkorswim. This will include stops, trailing stops, stops on stock price and stops based on studies. Just be careful when using stops on options. Many options just aren’t going to be liquid enough for you to place stops and have them work the way you intended. Please do research into the risks involved with using stops, and when using them just be mindful they could activate due to wide spreads.
