I just got these compact binoculars so I'm gonna do a quick unboxing and go ahead and test these out to see how well they really work
0:05
So this opens up real easy and right here the first thing I'm greeted with is gonna be this nice carrying couch with the binoculars themselves
0:12
And all the way at the bottom we're gonna have this instruction paper. So here's a closer look at the pouch when the binoculars come in and it looks really nice
0:19
I do like the fact that it does come with this pouch just to go ahead and make it a lot more convenient to carry it around and also protect them
0:25
On the back we are gonna have this loop so we can go ahead and strap it onto something. And then right on the front, it is going to be made up of two different materials
0:31
So here, this kind of feels like a leatherette feel as opposed to this other type of feel here
0:37
And this opens up real easy. It's going to have two Velcro straps to go ahead and secure it in place
0:41
And then right here are the binoculars. And then at the bottom, it's going to be this small baggie which is going to have a strap
0:47
And then we also do get a cleaning cloth. And finally, the binoculars themselves
0:51
They look really cool. And I'm definitely a fan of the dark green color. And then right on top over here, we can see the logo, Rod Surin
0:57
And it also does have these textured grooves that make it a lot easier just to go ahead and hold on to it when you're using them
1:03
Here's a closer look at the front The sides and what we're going to put our eyes on and then right over here
1:09
This is going to be the focus wheel and of course these do go ahead and adjust So if you have a bigger head or I mean your eyes are further spread apart
1:16
You can go ahead and spread this more if your eyes are closer together or you're a kid You can just go ahead and bring them closer together just like so
1:22
And of course we are going to have both of these parts over here This is to go ahead and put the strap in place so we can go ahead and hang it around our neck now to attach the lanyard to the binocular
1:29
I can just go ahead and thread it right through this hole over here Just like so I can go ahead and pull the strap and then put it right through the furthest side on my left here
1:38
Pull it upwards just like that And then I can go ahead and loop this all the way to the top and then just pull through and there
1:44
So this how it would go ahead and look like and then of course I can go ahead and adjust this By pulling and I do the same thing for the other side So here what it looks like with the straps and I can just put it around my neck nice and easy and this one it goes ahead and looks like So now when I want to go ahead and use it all I gotta do is just lift it up and just
2:00
go ahead and look through it and of course just go ahead and adjust the the focus right on top over
2:05
here and I can see what's happening out my window. But yeah now's the most important part which is
2:10
to test these out. So I just want to go ahead and check to see if I see any birds anything in the
2:14
distance over here because there's a bunch of different trees and if I don't see any birds at
2:18
least let me see some leaves up close with these binoculars. So right now I am just focusing and
2:23
wow yeah these these work really well. It feels like I'm up close to everything. Yeah there's this
2:27
branch I'm currently seeing that's blocking my view. Yeah this literally looks like I'm a foot
2:32
away. Yeah these definitely do work really well. Everything is crystal clear. Yeah I don't see any
2:36
issues with it so far and as far as comfortability goes it's pretty comfortable just because it does
2:41
have a like the foam eyepiece there so now I want to go ahead and just record it with my phone to
2:47
see if it'll still get some good shots you can kind of see what I'm seeing now but let me go off
2:52
in the distance and I am adjusting slightly right now as well too but everything looks looks pretty
3:03
solid. Definitely looks a lot better when I was looking through it but I could still see a lot
3:12
and because of my camera lens isn't really centered some parts are being cut off
3:16
and it does look a little bit cloudy on my phone but that's because I'm recording on my phone
3:23
but yeah here you can see the detail of everything and now when I take everything off here you can
3:28
see what it looks like with just my phone recording. So overall I'm really impressed with these binoculars. They seem to work really well and again they're really comfortable just
3:34
because it does have these foam cushionings up top. But yeah if you're looking for a pair of
3:38
binoculars either for yourself or for your kid and you want it to be nice and compact definitely
3:43
check these out
