We have decided to challenge each other to some Easter-themed video. And Maria has challenged me to find the best Easter cocktail

So I am rising to the challenge. And I thought I would get these two ladies across to help us decide which one was the best

I'm not making one of those either. My favourite cocktail is probably an apparel spritz, but I'm not making that either

So the first one I'm going to make. I've got three cocktails. I'm going to make each one, and then we're going to have taste tests

and we'll decide which one will like the best. And then we'll come up with the best Easter cocktail

I did Google these because I don't really know many cocktail recipes. So the first one is going to be a pink nagroni

And in that is some pink chain, rose vermouth, which I wasn't quite sure what that was

but I did find it in Sainsbury's. Some apparel, some ice, a wedge of pink grapefruit

and a basil leaf to garnish. So I'm going to make that and then I'll come back

So that is the pink nagroni. I have added some soda to it because it looked very strong

So I thought we'd better add some soda. So we're giving that a stir. It's got a wetter pink grapefruit in and a basil leaf

So now we're going to taste it. It's fresh. It's got a kick to it

And this has got quantro, fresh lime juice, mint leaves, soda water and strawberries in it

So this is the quontro phase with strawberry and mint, which actually looks really nice and refreshing
