Could you tell us about your Radiance Iris project that has recently won the A'Design Award? 2. Can you tell us about the inspiration? How did it start? 3. Did you face any challenges? If yes, then how did you cope with them? 4. Yes, you have! It looks amazing, Vigneshwar, I have always been interested in one aspect of your work. You have done a prolific amount of restoration work, with a very strong, sound background. So how did that happen, what are your key drivers? Could you talk about that? 5. Who was this professor? 6. It's really beautiful and we really appreciate it. My last question is, we are now going through a lockdown period, due to Covid19, how are you coping with it, and is there any message you have for our listeners? 7. Even I feel that although we are going through a very difficult time, the future will be more inclusive, we will be able to diminish a lot of geographical and other such barriers. The other day we were having a conversation and you made a very interesting point about constantly being on a quest of looking for projects that meet not just the commercials, but also give you creative satisfaction, and help build a larger legacy. So could you talk a little about that? That was very interesting... About the Project: A Breath-taking Walk-thro explaining the Design for the Master-planning & Architecture Design of the Radiance IRIS Project @ Bangalore. The design in anchored by the wide central GREEN SPINE which houses green areas filled with Fruit-trees and open-amenities offering spaces for the creation of a healthy community. At the head of the Green spine is the Club-house, which is the Crown-Jewel of the Development. It is bang on the approach road and high-lights the project to the city. It also hosts a public-plaza and various commerical and re-creational features which serves the residents and urbanity around. The Body of the Spine hosts the Homes which branch off from the spine. The Tail-end of the spine rests in a large open park with various play areas and a water-body. The design seeks to provide a healthy community living in harmony with Nature and Landscape.
