We are using one of our previous presentations Perfect Dots, where we have large circle of many oval shapes. We just applied the Basic Zoom with a Time Duration of 10 Seconds and Repeating Until the End of the Slide. Then we also applied the Fill Color emphasis effect with a short time duration of 2 seconds and also repeated this effect until the end of the slide.
