How She Missed Job opportunity because she lack ICT skills

Just yesterday, a neigbour of mine ran to me for help; that she had just been offered a job on a platter of gold in one big company through a friend of hers, but deep within her she knew she had failed. Shockingly, When I asked why? She said one of the requirements is that she must be able to do online Marketing. Unfortunately, she can’t even operate computer at all.
