We now have an additional country complement with Blu Kouzina adding Greek to our dining experiences on the doorstep. And this is a cracker. A complete shift from Blooies that was there before. Shuttered windows open the whole place up and make it akin to patio dining that I have done in Greece. The food is just fantastic. Every single thing is so so fresh and you can immediately taste that in the food, and see it in the plating. This could become our new second home. The Kennett kids and Dad loved our first trip here. Now I have to get Wifey back with me to sample it fresh from the kitchen too. Die-Die-Must-Try this is!! Let's hear from them, shall we? "Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Siglap. This acclaimed restaurant is born out of the founder's passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends. Fresh and quality ingredients, mostly grown organically and sourced from well established, local producers are used in dishes that are both traditional and creatively contemporary. What remains uniquely Greek and genuine are the flavours and the scents of extra virgin olive oil, fresh fish or succulent lamb that will take you on a journey from a beach-side taverna to a rural mezze shop, where platters are shared among family and friends, sometimes amid heated arguments." Could not agree more. Seriously fresh and superb dishes were served to us this night. We'll 100% be back, again and again for sure. The light and airy design make you feel like you are sitting on a Mediterranean patio with the sun shining, beers flowing and incredible food being consumed. We just can't wait for the 2-person only dining crap to dissipate and have a proper family plater sharing session!!! East Coasters get yourself down here - it is just off-the-charts good. Non-East Coasters get yourself a Grab, no excuses!!!
