How to Set Up Outbound Traffic Blocking in Vista Firewall

Windows Vista includes an improved firewall, but you need to know how to turn on its improved features. Specifically, the user needs to know that outbound traffic blocking is NOT on by default. It's easy enough to activate it, however. In this article, we talk about the difference between the firewall in Windows XP and Vista, and then we show the user the steps involved in turning on out-bound traffic blocking.
