Police kill 2 Black men outside 24HR Fitness | OURS

On March 8th, 2017, Dennis Todd Rogers was shot and killed by LA County sheriff’s deputy outside of 24hour fitness. On October 29th 2018, Albert Ramon Dorsey was shot and killed by LAPD inside 24hr fitness in Hollywood, California. When Black Lives Matter LA sent out a letter to 24HR Fitness asking that the company address issues that they believe were causing employees to unnecessary call the police on Black members, the response they receive, according to the organization, was dismissive.
