Stephen A. Smith, host of "First Take," is committed to replacing late-night star Jimmy Kimmel permanently within two years. Smith, 56, expressed interest in the role after discussing it with Sean Hannity. His ESPN contract ends in July 2025, and he would only pursue the late-night opportunity if encouraged by Disney executives.
