Ingredients 2 Onions Cut into rings 4 tbsp Oil 1/8 Cup Flour - Wheat Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper Powder 4 1/2 lbs Oxtail Cut into about 5 cm long pieces 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar 3/4 cup Brown Sugar 5 Carrots Cleaned and cut into large chunks 4 Potatoes Cleaned and cut into quarters 1 pkt Oxtail soup powder Prep Time: 15 Minutes (8 Pieces) Cooking Time: 150 Minutes Instructions 1. Put some flour in a bag and season it with salt and pepper powder. 2.To ensure that the oxtail is evenly coated with the seasoned flour, place the pieces in the bag and shake vigorously. 3.Cook the floured oxtail in oil that has been warmed in a skillet. 4. To ensure even browning, turn the oxtail pieces while they cook. Throw all of this into a big saucepan and set it aside. 5. Fry the sliced onions in the same pan until they are golden. 6. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the oxtail. 7. When the oxtail has softened, about 2 hours, add the fried onions and continue simmering. 8. Put the sugar and vinegar into the pot. Add the soup powder and the sliced carrots and potatoes to the pan. Keep the vegetables in the oven for another 15 minutes.
