Put the oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat. Then, add the onion and cook it down until it becomes soft and translucent. Mix in with curry powder, ginger, and garlic. Combine ingredients by stirring. 2. Peppers, please. You should give it two minutes in the oven. 3. Include carrots. Give it a good stir to coat everything in curry powder. 4.
