Netflix is axing its cheapest ad-free tier

Netflix is phasing out its cheapest ad-free subscription plan in Canada and the UK for Q2 2024, with subscribers accessing the Premium tier at $22.99 and an ad-supported subscription at $6.99. The Basic plan was discontinued in June 2023.
