He's been the president of Suave House Records, co-owner of ShoNuff Records and helped popularize Trap Music with the launch of Block Entertainment in 2000. Block then discovered Yung Joc and out out the collective Boys in Da Hood in the mid-2000s. That deal was a partnership with music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs in an agreement with Def Jam Records.
