Zapier vs. Integrately - Which is best? (my personal experience and review)

https://integrately.com Zapier was my first use and I couldn't figure out how to connect my CRM to my payment processor even with support help from the payment processor and the CRM. Thankfully integrately was much easier to use and much more helpful. They have live support chat as well as help you actually get your API bridge built.
