Roasted peanuts* 1/2 cup Oil 3/4 tblsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp - 3/4 tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Curry leaves few Salt as needed Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Asafoetida a pinch Sugar 1/4 tsp *If using raw peanuts with skin, roast them first nicely for 10 minutes and then cool it and take out the skin.
