Food Stamps Increase for 2024

There's good news for SNAP EBT Cardholders! On Thursday, August 3rd, the USDA approved their annual cost-of-living increase for food stamp benefits. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) adjusts the SNAP maximum allotments, allowable deductions, income limits and asset limits at the beginning of each fiscal year. The changes are based on the standard cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). The food stamps increase for 2024 will impact all households currently enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This change will go into effect on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
