Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Always start with a layer of potatoes and end with one as you layer again. 5. Corn flour and cream should be blended until smooth. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the cream before pouring it over the potatoes. 6. Put it in the oven and let it cook for 50 minutes, or until the top is golden.
