Upgrade Symantec EDR Manager and Collector Through Web GUI

This is a quick video to present how to upgrade Symantec EDR (Previous name is ATP - Advanced Threat Protection) product through Web GUI. In this video, version upgrade is from 4.1.0 to 4.2.1. Upgrade order has to be from top to down, which is from Manager to Collector. The upgrade is usually take it from 15 to 25 minutes based on my experience. Notes:To update the Symantec EDR software using the CLI: On the management platform or all-in-one appliance, run the update command with desired options.
