Poha veg fried rice with Video, the popular Indo Chinese recipe made using rice and veggies. I replaced rice with poha| aval | rice flakes. Thick poha | getti aval 1 cup Green chili 1 Garlic 4 cloves Ginger (grated) 1/4 tsp Mixed veggies* 1 and 1/4 cup Olive oil 1 tblsp White vinegar 1 tsp Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp Soya sauce 1/2 tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Salt as needed Spring onion greens to garnish *I used carrot, peas, cabbage and capsicum. Cut them into thin long strips.
