Show Tabs and Commands; that is the Default set option; which means that particular Office application will always show you all the Tabs and their Commands. 2. Show Tabs Only; setting this option will only show you the Tabs and you have to click on a particular tab to see the commands. Clicking inside the Document will again Auto-Hide the commands and will only show you the Tabs again. 3. Auto-hide Ribbon starts displaying your document in Full Screen and hides all the Tabs and Commands.
