And now let's get to the video. Canva is turning into one of my favorite programs because there's so much great content that

you can find and modify. Like what you're looking at now, this is a worksheet that I was able to just find and

search for very easily. So what I would like to do now is save this worksheet to a Microsoft Word document

The problem is when I go to share and I click on these three dots, which will allow me additional

options to save my design. If I search for Word, nothing comes up and that's because you can't directly export a

design from Canva to a Word document. So there's a couple of different things that we're going to do, but both of them involve

doing this. The first step is going to be to click the share button. We're going to choose download, and we are going to download this as a PDF standard document

Once your design has been downloaded as a PDF, there's a couple different options that

you can take. I'm going to show you this one first. If you go to the website, I love PDF, it's going to give you a ton of different options

for you to convert a PDF document to a file of a different format, including Word

Select your PDF file and then click convert to Word. Our file has now been converted to a Word document

Now because Canva has so many different types of fonts, you may not have a font in Word

that matches the font that you used in Canva. So in that case, you will have to highlight and change the font to a style that you like best

From here, you can select file, save as, and save that as a Word document

And now here's the second option, and not everyone knows that you can do this. You can actually open a PDF file directly inside Word

So if I go to file, open, and if I choose that PDF, Word is going to automatically convert

that into a Microsoft Word document right over here. Again, the fonts may not match what you had in Canva, but as I showed you before, it's

really easy to double click and change the fonts. Once you're done, just click file, save as, and you can now save this as a Word document

that you can edit at a later time. So two great ways that you can take those Canva designs, save them as a PDF, and then
