Good morning everybody and welcome here to Karachi
0:43
After a pretty long journey, Alhamdulillah, I made it This is Pakistan's largest city with over 20 million people living here
0:49
And it's located in the province of Sindh, down in the southern part of the country
0:54
I'm actually starting my trip here at the Food and Agricultural Expo here in Karachi
0:58
It's actually the first of its kind in the whole of Pakistan. It really highlights and educates people about Pakistan's production of all food and the distribution across the world
1:08
So I'm really excited to check it out. Inside they say there's live food preps, chefs cooking food from all over the world with very high rated chefs inside cooking
1:17
And also some tasters as well to really taste the flavours here in Pakistan
1:21
As you guys know, Pakistani food is some of my favourites in the world
1:25
And I actually think it's one of the best cuisines in the world too. Later today, I'm actually heading on a food tour across Burns Road, which is one of the famous food streets here in Pakistan
1:34
But just to line my stomach for that, I will head inside and show you what's happening inside the venue
1:39
and also taste some of the famous Pakistani food you can find here in the country. Chalam

Basically, we are the biggest rice exporter from Pakistan. We are exporting about 65 countries right now
2:25
First thing I'm trying is gulaganda
2:39
This is ice with I guess a lot of sugar on the side
2:43
Look at the colors of this. Beautiful. Let's try it. Wow
2:53
Wow wow
3:12
it's amazing what's the name of this
3:21
I am loving the atmosphere in here It's so so electric and incredible. It's very very quiet, which I'm loving. It's so much more of an intimate space
3:30
So many stores around here I just tried Pani Puri and this incredible ice dish, which was so sweet of course
3:36
We're here in Pakistan another food show is just about to begin a live cooking class and these guys are actually from Azerbaijan
3:41

Pakistan's coast is around 1400 km. You probably can barely hear me because it's so windy
5:12
It's at the end of monsoon season so of course the sun is not out
5:16
There are camels on the beach. The weather is very cloudy and it's so so windy
5:23
but the beach is so busy there are thousands if not tens of thousands of people here they're just
5:31
in front of me i love the beach here i came here last time when i was in karachi two years ago
5:36
