Good morning everybody and welcome back to Pakistan. I'm here in Karachi. I am so so happy
0:22
to be back. This was very unplanned. Originally I was meant to fly to a completely different country
0:28
close to Pakistan but my flights were moved to two days later and I didn't want to wait around
0:35
in Dubai for another two days so I've flown to Karate instead so I'm going to be in Pakistan for
0:40
a month. I am so so excited. I didn't actually make any plans at all because I wasn't meant to
0:46
be here for another six or seven weeks so we're just going to explore together and see what we
0:51
can do today it's going to be a very chilled day i'm very tired but i'm so excited to be here in
0:58
karachi so let's go outside let's hit the streets okay so i just made it outside it's about 25
1:07
degrees the weather is so perfect hot but not too hot and i've just walked into fria hall which is
1:15
right by my hotel i'm looking for an atm but i wandered into this and i guess this is where
1:51
Okay, sim card check, ATM check
2:06
I am on the hunt for Paratha. It is one of my favourite foods here in Pakistan and I've been missing it so much since I've
2:17
been away so the first food I'm going to eat back in Pakistan is
2:51
okay that food break was everything i could have hoped it would be and more the paratha was
3:03
hot flaky great tasting the chai was hot and sweet creamy man i miss that so much i'm so
3:12
happy to be back i'm now on my way to mahatta palace which is one of the best things you can
3:18
do apparently in Karachi so we're gonna head there now it's about 3 p.m. in the
3:22
afternoon somebody flies and then we will head to the beach for sunset
3:28
sounds like a good plan to me Welcome to the Mahata Palace built in 1927 almost 100 years ago here very close to the
3:50
beach in Karachi the details are quite amazing almost 100 years you can tell that there was Definitely no expense spared when they first built it It in such remarkable condition
4:07
Everything around me is beautifully preserved. The stone, as you can probably see, is quite pink
4:15
And it's actually built from pink Jodhpur stone. So Jodhpur, which is Indian
4:21
And yeah, this was built obviously before the partition between Pakistan and India
4:25
so bear that in mind. The details are really magnificent. all around this huge complex which is about i think it's about 1200 square feet or something
4:57
something similar to that and everything around me you can see all of the eagles just flying around
5:04
i'm guessing they've made this their home it's pretty amazing so even though we are so close
5:12
right now to the main rose leading down to the beach it's so quiet it's so peaceful
5:20
This place is pretty fantastic here in the city. There's a faint noise of the roads, police, cars, lorries, but
5:32
it's so calm in here, so peaceful. The sun is cascading and just hugging all of the landscape
6:20
Surrounding the entire complex of the palace are beautiful gardens with fresh flowers and
6:36
you can see the eagles in the distance flying. That's one thing I really love about Pakistan is no matter how crazy busy the cities are
6:48
especially here in karachi there's always places you can just go and chill and relax and kind of
6:54
just take a breath and mahata palace is definitely one of those i'm in another one it's the park just
6:59
near mahata palace i just sent the drone up so i hope those shots were good
7:06
yeah i'm feeling great the sun is going down it's about 4 pm now 4 30 and i think it's time
7:12
we head towards the beach i've heard the beach is a fantastic place here in karachi so let's go
7:17
and i'm also going to get some biryani i can't come to karate and not have it so let's go
7:30
i love the buses they're amazing i just arrived at clifton beach this is apparently where all
7:39
the locals come and spend time in the evenings the sun is just going down it's about an hour
7:44
before sunset. The fresh sea breeze is so nice. There's a lot of people selling
8:59
I am loving it down here there's so many people on dune buggies racing across the sand there's
9:14
people riding camels there's horses so many food stores chai stores just dotted along the whole
9:21
of the horizon. Some great vibes here in Karate even though it's so busy. I love it here
9:30
It's another jean buggy. One of the best things about Pakistan is in every corner, in every step
9:38
that you take here in the country there's just completely different culture, there's completely
9:43
different people. Traffic I think is still the same throughout but yeah it's really amazing
9:49
Karachi is so different to Islamabad or Lahore or up in the north obviously in the mountains
9:55
and I really love it I love just the diversity of this country with people food culture
10:01
yeah it makes every day exciting here every day is definitely an adventure
10:07
I love it what is saudi biryani? no saudi biryani okay chicken biryani no biryani
10:16
No, it's finished. No. Okay. Let me think. Okay, that place didn't have biryani and you all suggested me to get biryani here in Karachi
10:30
So let's carry on trying to find it. I'm shocked how hard it is actually to find it here in the city
10:35
I also love these buses. They're so amazing. okay I've just come to a place that just sells biryani so
11:23
I've heard some great things let's pray that it's good okay guys I've got the goods finally after searching for so long I've got it
11:40
I went for the chicken biryani. Let's taste it. In short, biryani is just spiced rice and I've got chicken with it as well. Let's see how good this is
11:53
Wow that damn good I can see why you guys recommended it to me now The spices are so good
12:12
It's pretty hot. But the rice is super fluffy. Mmm. Wow, it's really good
12:17
Thank you. Bye. Thanks guys for saying that. I'm so excited. I'm so excited
12:23
I'm so excited. I'm so excited. I'm so excited. I'm so excited
12:27
I'm so excited. I'm so excited. those guys are so nice I was in there for a way too long the Sun's gone down
12:35
obviously Sun's disappeared it's getting dark this is a time where all the
12:40
Pakistanis the locals come out to eat to relax to chill I on the other hand I'm
12:46
so tired from traveling I'm gonna head back and I'll explain to you what the
12:50
plan is for the next month here in Pakistan I'm gonna start exploring so
12:56
places I've never been to before and yeah I'm really excited so I'll chat to
13:01
you when I get back to the hotel okay I'm back in the same spot that I started this morning off with and today was pretty good
13:39
I I've really enjoyed exploring Karachi although it's very tiring it's a very very busy city
13:48
with lots going on and it's pretty overwhelming compared to my adventures in the north. Islamabad
13:57
is obviously very quiet and chilled compared to here. Lahore was really really busy but it's got
14:05
a different feel than Karachi for sure. So let me quickly just tell you what the plan is maybe for
14:11
the next three four weeks. Hopefully I will stay in Karachi for a couple more days to experience a
14:17
little bit more and then I'm hoping to go to Gwada, Magli, Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Mancha Lake and then
14:25
maybe around it's called Kaipur. I would love to see Kretur and Chaman maybe it's pretty close to
14:34
the Afghan border but I've heard you have to get a lot of security clearance for that so
14:38
we will see. Baha'u Alpohar, Moulton, Faisalabad, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and then
14:46
hopefully I will head back up into the mountains maybe go to Swat and Ferry Meadows maybe depends
14:53
on weather obviously and snowfall and stuff like that but that's kind of the plan and that will
14:59
probably change a lot will change here in Pakistan always does because I'm always led to amazing
15:07
destinations off the being track so that's the plan that's where we're at right now like i said
15:13
this morning i had no intention of being in pakistan for another six or seven weeks so i'm
15:19
kind of just kind of adjusting back to being here i have nothing planned and yeah let's just see what
15:27
happens i'm so excited to be back i feel like i'm home so excited for the next three or four weeks
15:34
I hope you're excited for the videos and I love it all so much if you're not following me on
15:39
Instagram it's always in the link down below I post pretty much daily on the stories and on my
15:44
grid so yeah come and stay high and I'm excited to explore this incredible country some more so
